Sanitary screw pump is a single-screw transport pump. Its main working parts are the screw of the eccentric screw (called the rotor) and the screw bushing (called the stator) with the inner surface of the double helical surface. Its working principle is that when the motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, the screw rotates around its own axis on the 1 hand, and on the other hand it rolls along the inner surface of the bushing, thus forming the sealed chamber of the pump. Each time the screw rotates once, the liquid in the sealing cavity advances by a pitch, and with the continuous rotation of the screw, the liquid is pressed from 1 sealing cavity to the other sealing cavity in a spiral manner, and finally squeezes out of the pump body. Sanitary Single Screw Pump is used for in all fields widely to feed kinds of medium, running at a constant pressure continuously, without pulse and damage when feeding medium , and change the gauging aim through adjusting rotation speed.
